Railyard Flats is in the heart of the vibrant Railyard District. Directly on the Rail-Trail
and Railyard Park, steps away from the Farmers’ Market, Restaurants, Shops,
Entertainment and Transportation. Less than a mile from the plaza, you have walking
access to shops, museums, galleries, and cultural events.
Leave your car in your reserved parking spot! You can use the ground-level bicycle-storage
when you're not riding around the heart of Santa Fe culture. You can relax beside the garden
patio fire table, or reserve the rooftop barbeque deck to entertain neighbors and friends.
Complementary WiFi is always available in the lounge, and we are looking forward to scheduling
Movie Nights and Cultural Events with the tenant community.
Railyard Flats offers modern, downtown apartments with dishwashers & washer/dryers in every
unit, and is pre-wired for high-speed internet. Every unit has its own private balcony, most
big enough for table and chairs, many with additional storage. Our Amazon locker system will
keep track of your packages, and our card-access will ease you through our monitored entry.

Cleaning offers free pick-up/drop-off service in the building.
Next door at the ArtYard building are our elegant Lofts, each with two stories of windows to
admire the Santa Fe skies! Amenities are shared between both buildings, and extra storage of
various sizes is available in the basement for rent by all tenants.
Each unit has its own refrigerated air-conditioning/heating unit.
Our full-time, on-site professional management is here to support while encouraging
contact-free interactions whenever possible: we have online work-orders and online
payment. Our cleaning staff sanitizes the stairs and common areas regularly.
Walk everywhere! We are one block from the Farmers’ Market and Whole Foods, two
blocks from the Violet Crown Theatre and surrounding shops and restaurants, and three
blocks from Walgreens and Natural Grocers (Trader Joe’s is just a block further).
There are dozens of restaurants within three blocks of your front door.
Rental Requirements
Applicants to rent apartments at Railyard Flats must have the following:
Credit scores of 700 or above. Credit requirements can/may change.
Gross Monthly household income at least three times the rent.
Able to pass a background check.
Able to verify employment and rental history.
Minimum of $100,000 renter’s insurance.
